Join the Saline Fiddlers for an unforgettable summer workshop experience! This fun, new program is designed to ignite a passion for Fiddle music in young musicians. This workshop is designed for those in 6-8th grades who have at least one year of experience on violin, viola, cello, bass, guitar, or mandolin. Learn a variety of fiddle music from Saline Fiddlers past & present. Whether you have played fiddle music before or are just starting out, you’ll discover new skills and create beautiful music together. On Thursday evening, August 6th, your family and friends are invited to join us for a dessert social where you will showcase the music you learned during the workshop. Class ID: 5050. The Saline Summer Band is a large concert band consisting of students entering grades 6-9 in September. Students need to have one year of band experience in their school band program to participate. Students from other school districts are welcome. We spend each class rehearsing fun music from many different styles to perform on a concert and ice cream social on Thursday evening, July 23rd.
