Y5-3 Grade Kids Yoga and Mindfulness

Join us for a fun and engaging after-school yoga class designed especially for elementary-aged children! Through playful yoga poses, movement games, breathing exercises, mindfulness activities, and relaxation techniques, children will build strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness while having fun with their peers.

Each class incorporates creative themes, interactive activities, and age-appropriate mindfulness practices that help children improve focus, confidence, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. Participants will enjoy moving their bodies, practicing calming breathing strategies, working together through partner and group activities, and ending each session with a peaceful guided relaxation.

Children should wear comfortable clothing that allows them to move freely and bring a water bottle to each class. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat if they have one. A limited number of yoga mats will be available for those who do not have their own.
