Heritage Cross Country

Come join us and learn the fun involved with the sport of Cross Country running! Participants will learn through teamwork, unique experiences, various types of workouts, drills and fun what this fun sport has to offer everyone. Workouts will have instruction in training, racing and stretching and will include work on individual goals, performance and personal achievements. There will be two to four competitions throughout the season. Please note that some competitions will take place on Saturdays.
